Order Requirements

• All customers must submit a tax ID number prior to ordering product
• There is no minimum order requirement but there are minimum quantities per item.
• By phone: Monday thru Friday, 9am to 6pm EST at 800-405-3005

Payment

• No cash or COD orders
• All payments in US funds
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal as well as money order, bank check or business check. 
• A $35.00 fee will be charged for any returned check.
• First Time Orders: Prepay by money order, bank check or credit card.
• Reorders: Prepay by business check, money order, bank check or credit card.
  

Shipping

• All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested.
• All shipments must have a complete delivery address – PO boxes are not acceptable.
• Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery on most orders. Backorders will be shipped as soon as possible.

Cancellations, Damage and/or Returns

• Cancellations must be completed before the shipping process by calling our Customer Service Department during business hours or by sending notification via our website.
• Returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Department before returning any item.
• All returned merchandise must be complete, unaltered and in original packaging.
• Returns or cancelled orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping errors, damage or shortages must be reported by calling Customer Service Department no later than 10 days from receipt of delivery.
• Any  visible signs of damage must be made to the delivering carrier.

  NOTE: Retain all packaging material until damage claim is resolved.
